Erin, did a great job in working between the two parties as there were times we went weren’t happy about the direction or requests being made by the buyer. We let our first offer expire due to unwanted requests and Erin was in agreement with our decision. She told after we decided to let the offer expire that our home would sell very quickly and she was right, we sold in a matter of days.
